We are industry agnostic with a focus in commercial real estate development using a non-recourse or limited recourse financial structure. This loan structure relies on the assumption of a project’s projected cash flows without requiring historical revenue considerations. For this reason the project's assets, rights, and interests are held as collateral and requires a 25% cash deposit for 100% project financing. Interest rates are sub SOFR and minimum investment is $400MM. Vestin’s annual capacity exceeds $50BB, positioning us as a dynamic force in financing.
